Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of xperiencelevels.com, the client portal, and any services you engage Xperience Levels to provide.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Where a signed proposal, statement of work or contract conflicts with these terms, that document controls.
2. Scope of Services
Services are delivered as described in your quote, proposal or subscription plan. Changes to scope must be:
- Agreed by both parties and documented in writing.
- Priced separately if they add work beyond the original scope.
- Reflected in an adjusted timeline where needed.
3. Project Work
- Projects begin once the deposit is received and required materials are supplied.
- Timelines assume timely feedback; delays in client review shift delivery dates accordingly.
- Revision rounds included in the scope are stated in your proposal; additional rounds are billed at our standard rate.
4. Monthly and Annual Plans
- Plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle until cancelled.
- Some monthly plans have a minimum term (3 months, or 90 days for Streaming TV) and a one-time setup or build fee, shown on the service page and at checkout. After the minimum, cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; see the Refund Policy for refund terms.
- Included deliverables, hours or credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
- We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise.
- Subscription charges are billed in advance on your renewal date.
- Late payments may incur fees and pause active work.
- We accept card, bank transfer and supported cryptocurrency payments.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, assets and timely approvals.
- Confirm you hold the rights to any content, logos, music or footage you supply.
- Keep client portal credentials secure and notify us of any suspected compromise.
- Use our services lawfully and not for content that is illegal, infringing or harmful.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you as specified in your project agreement.
- We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, source components and know-how used to produce the work.
- We may reuse general ideas, techniques and know-how for other clients.
- We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins, music licenses) remain subject to their own licenses.
8. Confidentiality
We keep client documents, credentials and business information confidential, disclose them only where required by law, and use secure handling practices. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
9. Third-Party Services
- Hosting, platforms, APIs and plugins are governed by their own terms.
- We are not liable for outages, changes or failures in third-party services.
- Third-party costs are communicated in advance and require your approval.

- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability.
- Claims must be raised within 30 days of the relevant delivery.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Xperience Levels against claims arising from content you supply or from your use of the deliverables, including reasonable legal fees, and to notify us promptly of any such claim.
12. Termination
- Either party may terminate with written notice.
- We may suspend services for non-payment or misuse.
- All outstanding amounts become due immediately on termination.
- Confidentiality and intellectual property terms survive termination.
13. XL Pay Text Messages (SMS)
Program: XL Pay bill alerts, run by Xperience Levels LLC for businesses that use XL Pay (for example a landlord or property manager). If you opt in, you get text messages about your own bills from that business: a bill when it's ready, a reminder on the due date and a notice if it's past due.
How you opt in: by ticking the unchecked box on your bill's pay page and entering your mobile number, or by giving the business permission to add your number. Either way, texts only start after you reply YES to our confirmation text. Opting in is never a condition of paying.
How often: about 3 to 4 messages a month per bill; it varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help: reply STOP to any message to opt out (you'll get one message confirming it), and START or YES to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@xperiencelevels.com or 480-418-8171.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing; see our Privacy Policy. More about the program: XL Pay text alerts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Contact info@xperiencelevels.com or 480-418-8171 (or 702-470-3755).
